MidlandToday, in partnership with the SPCA Midland Animal Centre, brings you a regular feature highlighting a special pet that is in need of adoption.

Lady
Lady is a three-year-old female who was surrendered into our care with two of her puppies.
She will do best in a home with someone who is home a lot and is going to make Lady the centre of their universe. Lady should be the only pet in the home, as she will become pushy for attention if there is another animal present.
She will also need training on being introduced to other dogs as right now after having a litter she is still very protective.
She is 75 pounds but wants to be in your lap all the time! She loves her humans so much and can’t wait to curl up on a couch with you at night.
