Meet Gwen, the tabby queen with a big personality and an even bigger heart!

This lively lady is available for adoption at the Ontario SPCA Midland & District Animal Centre. She’s the life of the centre, known for her comedic antics and unfiltered opinions. Gwen isn’t shy about making her voice heard—whether it’s protesting bedtime or demanding attention, she’s a cat who knows exactly what she wants. And honestly? We love her for it!

With Gwen around, there’s never a dull moment. She’s confident, sassy, and full of charm—a true feline star ready to shine in her forever home. If you’re looking for a spirited companion who will keep you entertained and remind you daily how special you are, Gwen is your girl.

She’s ready to trade her shelter suite for a cozy spot in your heart and home.

The animal centre is open daily from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. . Come meet Gwen and let her whisk her way into your life! To learn more, and to see more animals available for adoption, click here.

Are you looking for a fun way to help animals? The Midland & District Animal Centre is looking for Bingo volunteers! By volunteering at your local bingo hall, you’ll raise vital funds that support our furry friends. For every shift you complete, a donation is made to help animals in our community. For more information, or to join our volunteer team, click here.

Not in a position to adopt? The Ontario SPCA is a registered charity that does not receive annual government funding. We depend on the generosity of donors to change the lives of animals in need. To donate, click here.
