When you are outbid, the hold is released. If you bid $50 on ten different items, this means $500 of your available balance will be unavailable until you're outbid. Any winning bids at the end of the auction are captured - meaning your card is charged. We recommend you use a credit card, not a debit card for this auction. A released hold may take several days to reflect on your statement.

What happens if I win?

We exclusively use high-quality products to ensure your pet’s safety and comfort. At The Groomers, we focus on what works best for pets, making their grooming experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Full Groom: Bath, brush out, nail trim and grind, ear cleaning and plucking (if required), anal gland expression (if needed), and a full haircut.
Tidy Up: Bath, brush out, nail trim and grind, ear cleaning and plucking (if required), anal gland expression (if needed), and light trimming (face, feet, sanitary areas, or breed-specific features like belly line, chest, bum, and feathers).
Bath Only: Bath, brush out, nail trim and grind, ear cleaning and plucking (if required), and anal gland expression (if needed). No haircut.
Puppies: A gentle introduction to grooming, including a bath, brush out, nail trim, ear cleaning and plucking (if required), eye trim, sanitary shave, and feet/pad trim, tailored to your puppy’s breed and grooming needs.
Lion Cut: Bath (if tolerable), lion cut, nail trim, and ear cleaning.
Brush Out: Bath (if tolerable), brush out, nail trim, and ear cleaning.
Kittens: A stress-free introduction to grooming, including a bath (if tolerable), brush out, nail trim, ear cleaning, and light trimming tailored to breed and needs.
Soft Paw Application: A safe, humane alternative to declawing with vinyl nail caps to protect against scratching. Includes nail trim and application.
