MidlandToday welcomes letters to the editor at [email protected]. Please include your daytime phone number and address (for verification of authorship, not publication). This letter is in response to the article Midland returns to paid on-street parking system for new year.
Dear Editor,
The issue with the parking meters is that they need tooooo much information.
All you need is a place to insert your card, push a button for how much time (indicating how much cost) and then print the ticket. NOTHING ELSE.
I use my credit card for parking all over Ontario but the Midland system cannot read it. Please adjust the meters.
Why do our elected people allow the lawyers and accountants to run the show instead of using common sense?
