I was a purchaser at Catlin homes in Midland and I am very disappointed in the Town of Midland.
Past history with developers in this town would indicate the trouble is with the town. There are several companies that wanted to buy and build here but they could not work with this town. They went elsewhere to move their business.
This town should be ashamed of themselves.
