Georgian College has announced this morning that due to local road and weather conditions, the Downtown Barrie (Ross Street), Muskoka, Orangeville, Orillia and South Georgian Bay campus locations are closed today – Feb. 13, 2025. Students should check Blackboard for instructions about moving their classes to remote learning for the day.
In addition, Career and Employment Community Services in Orangeville and Barrie are closed to in-person services. Clients should access remote services.
Lakehead University has announced this morning that due to the poor road and weather conditions, all in-person classes at Lakehead University's Orillia Campus have been cancelled today.
Online classes will continue as scheduled.
The campus remains open.
