Prepare for a night of great musical entertainment as the Midland Cultural Centre hosts iconic blues guitarist, singer, songwriter and producer Jack de Keyzer on February 3 at 7:30 p.m.

Renowned for his many talents, de Keyzer has been a force in the music industry for an impressive 46 years. In that time, he has crisscrossed the globe, leaving an indelible mark with his guitar-driven blues. The legendary artist, known for rarely sitting still, has accumulated a staggering two million miles on the road, in the air and in the studio.

With a discography that boasts 12 records, one DVD, two Juno Awards, and seven Maple Blues Awards, de Keyzer consistently delivers an unforgettable musical experience wherever and whenever he takes the stage.  Performing over 100 shows annually, his music is a captivating blend of Chicago blues, London's blues rock (his birthplace), Detroit's Motown, Muscle Shoals deep soul, Memphis rock and roll and Philadelphia's funky soul jazz.

His authenticity stems from his firsthand experience playing alongside first-generation pioneers of various genres, including Bo Diddley, Otis Rush, Etta James, King Biscuit Boy, and Ronnie Hawkins, among others.

His latest recording, TRIBUTE (2020), is a testament to his artistry, featuring twelve electrifying original blues, rock and soul songs that pay homage to the blues and rock guitar masters, singers and songwriters who have inspired him throughout his illustrious career.
