The Midland Curling Club is hosting an introduction to the roaring game later this month.
Set for Sunday, January 26 from 5 to 8 p.m., Discover Curling gives local residents a chance to learn to curl while meeting new people.
“All you need are clean running shoes and warm clothing. We supply the rest,” the club notes. “Bring a friend...it will be fun!”
The cost is $25 a person and includes pizza and a pop.
