'Well-deserved recognition': Local chamber unveils award nominees

The Southern Georgian Bay Chamber of Commerce has announced its nominees for this year’s Business Achievement Awards.

Chamber general manager Cathy Tait said the organization’s board of directors will now review the nominations in eight categories with the winner announced at its annual general meeting May 25 on board the Georgian Legacy.

“Our annual Business Achievement Awards offer well-deserved recognition to North Simcoe businesses for their successes and contribution to our community,” chamber general manager Cathy Tait said.

“We are thrilled to celebrate our businesses and to showcase the people behind the business, their entrepreneurial spirit, their unique stories and their achievements. Winners will receive an award and much deserved recognition.”
