Rita Therese Marie Anne Hook (nee Forget)
Passed peacefully with her family by her side at Georgian Bay General Hospital on January 5, 2021 at the age of 87. Beloved wife of the late Elmer “Chum” Hook. Loving mother of Deborah Hook, Shelley Duval (Mike), Margaret Dorion (William), Raymond Hook and predeceased by Brenda Robillard and Thomas Hook. Loving grandma and best friend of her 11 grandchildren and her 10 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Lorraine McNamara (Howard), Tony Perkins (Bill), Pat Diotte (Ron) and predeceased by her brothers Philbert (Jean), Montcalm (Liza) and Aurele (Ann) Forget. Fondly remembered by her extended family and friends. Cremation has taken place and a private immediate family memorial will take place.
