Anna (Trudy) Klomp (nee Claessens), widow of Arnold Klomp, passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones, at Hospice Huronia – Tomkins House on December 15, 2020 leaving her daughter, Willma, sons Andy and Perry, son-in-law Jean, grandson Spencer and his fiancé Kelsi, as well as brothers and sisters in Holland and numerous nieces and nephews. Trudy had loved flowers, gardening, knitting and doing crafts with her friends at the Swinging Seniors Club, reading, she was a member of the Daughters of Isabella, and she had been an active volunteer at the Georgian Village, she supported local charities through knitted donations. She will be sadly missed by family and friends. A memorial mass will be celebrated at St. Ann’s Church in Penetanguishene at a later date. If desired, donations to Hospice Huronia – Tomkins House would be greatly appreciated.
