Passed away after a brave battle with cancer, surrounded by family and friends on Saturday, September 28, 2024 at the Orillia Solders Memorial Hospital, Orillia at the age of 62. Roberta of Midland. Loving mother of Stephanie. Cherished sister of Georgina, Joanne, Janet and Betty. Caring Step mother of Rebecca, Celina, Christopher and Ashley. She will be greatly missed by her many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Roberta is predeceased by her father Robert “Bob” Hunt, mother Josephine Baker and her siblings Tom, Rick and Bobby.
Friends are invited to join the family on Thursday, October 3rd, 2024 at the Penetanguishene Funeral Home, 155 Main Street from 11 a.m. until the service time at 1 p.m. in the Chapel. Cremation will to take place following the service. Everyone is invited to the lower level of the funeral home for the reception following the service. Flowers are welcomed or a memorial donation can be made to the SPCA of Ontario in memory of Roberta and would be greatly appreciated by her family.
