A Midland woman is facing impaired charges after being pulled over last week.
On Oct. 24, an officer “acting on driving observations” of a vehicle on Yonge Street conducted a vehicle stop, Southern Georgian Bay OPP said in a news release.
Jessica Grimley, 24, has been charged with operation while impaired (alcohol and drugs) and operation while impaired (blood-alcohol concentration 80-plus).
She is set to appear in court Nov. 14. She was given a 90-day driver’s licence suspension and a seven-day vehicle impoundment.
