Two snowmobiles stolen from area home: OPP

Police looking for security footage taken along Ski Trails Road

The Ontario Provincial Police in Orillia is investigating the theft of two snowmobiles from a residence in Oro-Medonte. 

On Dec. 7 around 4 p.m. OPP received a call about two snowmobiles being stolen. The suspect is believed to have entered the garage of the residence overnight between Dec. 6 and the morning of Dec. 7. There were two snowmobiles removed from the property, according to a news release.

  • Snowmobile No. 1 is a black 2021 Ski-Doo 900 Renegade.
  • Snowmobile No. 2 is a pink, white and black 2019 Ski-Doo 600 Blizzard.

The Orillia OPP are calling on the public to assist in identifying the suspects. Anyone with security footage along Ski Trails Road within the Township of Oro-Medonte, and/or anyone that might have seen suspicious activity within the area on that evening is asked to contact the Orillia OPP.
