Police charge four local residents in separate investigations

Police recently arrested four people as part of ongoing investigations in north Simcoe.

Jesse John Raymond Adair, 32, of Midland, was arrested shortly after 9:30 a.m. Nov. 10 for being unlawfully at large, according to a news release from Southern Georgian Bay OPP.  He is being held in custody pending a bail hearing.

Jason John Simpson Hann, 44, of Tiny Township, was arrested Thursday for failing to attend court. He was held for a bail hearing. 

Early Friday morning, police responded to a disturbance call at an Ontario Street residence in Midland. Police said the suspect, who was involved in another investigation, assaulted an officer at the scene.

Erica Chynoweth, 24, of Midland, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and held for a bail hearing. She was also charged with assaulting a peace officer and failure to comply with a probation order. She is being held in custody pending a bail hearing.

On Friday morning, officers were called to a downtown Midland business after learning an individual there was wanted on an outstanding warrant.

Trevor Karson, 34, of Midland, was arrested and is being held for a bail hearing.
