One person has been arrested following an incident Wednesday morning at a Frazer Drive residence in Midland.
The hold and secure at St. Theresa’s Catholic High School has been lifted.
Police expect to be clearing the scene shortly, and the investigation is ongoing.
Details about the nature of the incident have not been released. Police said updates will be released “if appropriate.”

A Midland high school has been put in hold-and-secure mode while police conduct an investigation.
Shortly after 9 a.m. Wednesday, police responded to a residence on Frazer Drive. The road has been closed between Rose Crescent and Park Avenue. Also, nearby St. Theresa’s Catholic High School is in a hold-and-secure situation out of “an abundance of caution,” Southern Georgian Bay OPP said in a news release.
Members of the OPP Emergency Response Team, Canine Unit and Crime Unit are assisting with the investigation.
Police said updates will be provided as they become available.
