Police have charged three Midland residents in relation to an investigation that began in May.
On May 24, Southern Georgian Bay OPP responded to a residence on Queen Street in Midland and executed a search warrant. They seized cocaine, fentanyl, clonazepam, stolen property, drug paraphernalia, and a baseball bat loaded with nails.
In a news release issued Wednesday, police said they have charged Willard Edward Marion, 52, Alex John Daka, 40, and Christopher Robin MacLeod, 49. All three have been charged with two counts of possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.
The accused were released from custody and are set to appear in court Sept. 7.
