What: Amendment to the Building Permit Fees (Building By-Law No. 2005-51) as per Section 7(6) of the Building Code Act, 1992.
When: Wednesday, January 15th, 2025 at 6:00 p.m.
Where: In-Person at the Town Hall or virtually on Zoom
Why: To comment on the proposed increase of approximately 3.3% to the existing building permit and associated fees to cover reasonable expected costs for activities performed under the Building Code Act.

All interested parties are invited to attend the Public Meeting and any person who attends the meeting may make representation relating to the proposed fees. Members of the public wishing to attend virtually may register by contacting the Clerk’s office.
