Why: Sidewalk construction to be completed by contractor

- There will be no access for pedestrians, please use the sidewalk on the other side of Midland Ave.
- Minor traffic delays during construction.
- No on-street parking along section of sidewalk.
- Access to businesses may be affected during construction.
