Bruce Cockburn inducted into hall of fame during Sunday's Mariposa Folk Festival's final night at Tudhope Park

The sun has set on another sold-out Mariposa Folk Festival.

It's estimated 30,000 people jammed into Tudhope Park over the three days of the popular event.

Sunday night, iconic folk singer Bruce Cockburn performed before being inducted into the Mariposa Hall of Fame as part of a stunning ceremony under a fading sun amid blazing temperatures.

Then, performances from Dwayne Gretzky and Old Crow Medicine Show put a musical exclamation mark on a memorable weekend.
