Looking for a New Year’s wake-up call and the cup of java just isn’t cutting it.
Well, Balm beach is the place to be Wednesday at noon as the Tiny Township Lions Club hosts its annual polar bear dip with proceeds supporting the Lions Foundation of Canada Dog Guides.
Registration begins at 11 a.m. with a minimum $25 pledge with brave souls hitting the icy Georgian Bay waters an hour later. Participants must be at least 16 years of age.
