St. Theresa’s Catholic High School students are doing their part to help those in need.
Students and staff at the Midland school just wrapped up a food drive where they aimed to collect 1,500 cans for the St. Vincent de Paul Society.
“The focus is to help those in need around the holidays,” said student Alyssa Fairley, who noted student council decided to head up the food drive and donate it to the charity, which collects non-perishable food items year round to assist local food banks.
“We plan to do another food drive for Christmas as well.”
