Passed away peacefully at Royal Victoria Hospital Barrie, Ontario with her family by her side on Tuesday December 3, 2024. Loving wife of the late Morris Steffler, mother of Gary (Sherry) and step-mother of Rodney (Jodi) and Brenda (Manuel). Cherished Grandma of Bill (Charlotte), Jack (Laura), Mark, Derek, Laura (Sebastien) and Rachel. Shirley will be missed by her siblings Marilyn Broome (the late Gary Price & the late Bob Broome) and Doug (Simone) Dixon. Shirley is predeceased by her sister Sharon Strudwick (Art Scrimgeour).
Cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be held at Lakeview cemetery in the Spring 2025.Arrangements entrusted to Nicholls Funeral Home – 330 Midland Ave, Midland Ontario 705-996-5016. Memorial donations can be made to Huronia Hospice (Tomkins House) or St. Paul’s United Church Midland if desired.
