It is with heavy hearts that our family announces the passing of Susan Drummond (formerly Susan Evans, née McWater), who left us at her home on December 26th after a brief illness. She is survived by her devoted husband, David, her cherished children, Scott and Lisa Evans, Laura Evans and Sébastien Bouchard, her stepdaughter Jaime and Ryan Arthur, and her beloved brother, Lawrence McWater.
Susan will always be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Luke, Kelsi, Jacob, Simon, Sydney, Jackson, Caleigh, and Zachary, who were her pride and joy. Known for her strength, determination, and the warmth she shared with everyone, Susan was liked by all who knew her. Her easy laughter brought light to every room she entered. She had a passion for gardening, feeding the birds, and swimming, which reflected her love of nature and beauty. Above all, she was deeply devoted to her family, offering unwavering support and love.
For those who would like to take part in remembering her light, a celebration of Susan’s life will be held on Saturday, January 11th, at the Penetang Curling Club, 8 Owen Street, Penetang (L9M 1M8), from 1:30 to 4:00 PM.
Donations to the OSPCA in Susan's memory will be appreciated by the family.
