Gignac, Yvonne Marie (Née Dubeau)
Passed away peacefully with her husband and five children all at her side, at the Royal Victoria Hospital on Sunday, June 9, 2024. Yvonne age 87 of Penetanguishene, formally of Tiny Township.
Beloved wife of Remi Gignac for over 69 years. Loving mom of Kathleen Forget (Armand), Patrick Gignac (Crystal), Louise Zoschke (John), Denise Hayes
(Wolfgang Fels) and Brenda Biggs (Jim). Cherished grandma of Brent Forget (Kristy Nicholson), Jessica Hamelin (Jeff), Adam Gignac, Dean Hayes (Jessica Robitaille), Lance Hayes (Sarah DeCunha), Felicia Morden (Cody), Rachel Salaun (Fred), Sarah Antoine (Arthur), Brett Gignac (Lindsay Mershilz) and great grandma of Gavin, Neve, Hudson Hamelin, Eden Russell, Lilith Hayes, Felex and Casey Morden, Theo and Baby Girl Salaun. Yvonne will also be missed by her extended family and friends.
Friends are invited to join the family on Monday, June 17, 2024 at 2 pm for a funeral mass at Saint Anne Roman Catholic Church, 28 Robert St, Penetanguishene. Reception to follow the mass in the lower level of the Church. In lieu of flowers, family ask to please donate to the R.V.H Foundation (Cardiac and Stroke Unit) and G.B.G.H. in honour of Yvonne.
