It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Myles Howe Sr. on December 7, 2024, at the age of 81. A beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend, Myles touched countless lives with his gentle spirit, unwavering kindness, and quiet strength.
Family was the cornerstone of Myles' life, and he lived each day guided by strong principles and a compassionate heart. He now reunites with his beloved wife, Sarah "Sally" Howe, who preceded him in death. Their enduring love story, marked by decades of shared joys and adventures, created a legacy that continues to grow stronger through the generations they nurtured together.
Myles is survived by his loving children: Myles (Brenda), Sally (Ron), Donna (Vic), David (April), and Tina (Larry). His legacy lives on through his cherished grandchildren ~ Myles, William, Samantha, William, Jared, Jacob, David, Emma, Sarah ~ and all of their children.
Those who knew Myles will remember him for his quick wit that could light up any room, his infectious laugh that brought joy to all around him, his boundless love for those dear to him, his sharp intelligence, and yes – even his endearing stubbornness. His greatest joy came from his family, who will miss him dearly and carry his memory in their hearts forever.
The family will receive friends at Nicholls Funeral Home on Friday, December 13th from 12 o’clock until time of service in the chapel at 2 o’clock. Burial will take place at a later date.
