On December 6th, 2024, Helmut Straeche passed away at the Huronia Hospice in Penetanguishene, at the age of 91 years.
He was predeceased by his wife Gisela, in 2019. Loving father of Norbert (Thérèse) and Mike (Anita). Grandfather to Martin (Christin), Nadia (Andrea), Taylor (Emily) and Shelby (Harrison). He also had 5 great grand-children, Octavia, Finnley, Henrietta, Josephine and Frederick.
Many, many thanks to the staff at Huronia Hospice who looked after Helmut with loving care. A celebration of life will be held in May 2025. Donations to the Huronia Hospice would be greatly appreciated.
