The OPP is urging residents to avoid the area around 58 Church Street in Penetanguishene as firefighters deal with a fully engulfed structure fire Monday afternoon.
MidlandToday has reached out to joint Midland-Penetanguishene Fire Chief Richard Renaud for comment on the possible cause and whether the fire's considered suspicious.
Crews were called to a suspicious fire at the same property in May. That time, a working sprinkler system limited damage at the vacant building.
The property once housed the Beechwood private hospital.
