A driver has been charged after allegedly refusing to provide a breath sample early Saturday morning in Penetanguishene.
At about 2:30 a.m., an officer pulled over a vehicle on Fox Street and smelled alcohol, Southern Georgian Bay OPP said in a news release, adding the officer asked for a breath sample from the driver, who refused.
Lindsay Vanvolkenburg, 36, of Penetanguishene, has been charged with failure or refusal to comply with a demand. A court date has been set for March 6 in Midland.
