A 49-year-old Midland man faces impaired driving charges following a two-vehicle collision.
Southern Georgian Bay OPP responded to a crash at the intersection of Fifth and Victoria Streets in Midland shortly after 8 p.m. Friday.
While no one was injured, officers began an impaired driving investigation after speaking with one of the drivers.
In relation to the investigation, Dennis Lewis faces charges of operation while impaired and two Highway Traffic Act charges.
Lewis is slated to appear in court Feb. 20. As well, his licence was suspended for 90 days and the involved vehicle impounded for one week in accordance with Ministry of Transportation guidelines.
