Passed away peacefully at Campbell House in Collingwood on Dec 13, 2021 at the age of 89.

Jeannette was born in Sudbury to William Gervais and Margerite Turgeon Jan 13, 1932. Throughout her life she also lived in Toronto & Midland ending up in Stayner close to her family. She is predeceased by her husband Harold E. Plewman, sister Dorothy and brother Marcel. Harold was the love of Jeannette's life. She was a devoted wife & took excellent care of Harold when his health failed. Jeannette was a very kind, gentle & loving person. Everyone was lifted up by her sweet giggle! She loved all animals & enjoyed hearing pet stories. Jeannette was a very talented knitter & sewer & enjoyed needlepoint & crewel handiwork. She is survived by nephews Blayne, Brad & Steve Gervais, her niece Sheri Cooper, and sister-in-law Fern Gervais. Jeannette will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Special thanks to the PSW's & household care who came to her home in Stayner, and to the Hospice for their kind and compassionate care. Jeannette & her family are also very thankful to her neighbours for their ongoing help & support. All of these people allowed Jeannette to stay in her home as long as possible which was her wish. Also thanks to Collingwood Hospital for their care to Jeannette.

Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Nicholls Funeral Home in Midland. Public visitation with the family is from 1pm - 2pm prior to the service. A private service will be on Sunday Dec 19, 2021 at 2pm. Due to covid, attendance at the funeral by invite only and is limited to a maximum of 30 people. All attendees must show proof of being double vaxed at the door. Thank you for your understanding.
