It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of May Smith on Wednesday February 12th, 2025 at the age of 92.
Now reunited with her beloved husband Jim (Walter) Smith. Loving mother to Wayne (Brenda), Allan (Lorna), Diane (Ron), Neil (Janice) and Kevin. May will be cherished by her 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Dear sister to Yvonne Desroches. She is predeceased by her parents Henry and Lorette Pauze and her sister Bernice McKee, Irene Lethbridge, her brother Eric (Lorette) Pauze and brother-in-law Armand Desroches. Fondly remembered by all extended family and friends.
Visitation will take place on Thursday February 20th, 2025 at Nicholls Funeral Home from 10 a.m.– 1:30 p.m. A funeral mass will follow at St. Patrick’s Church (Perkinsfield, ON.) starting at 2 o’clock. Reception to follow. Burial will take place in the spring. If desired, donations in memory of May can be made to Diabetes Association.
