A man is facing trespassing charges after entering Walmart in Midland.
Shortly before 7 p.m. Thursday, police were called to the store after security saw someone who had been ordered to not attend the business.
Police located the suspect at a nearby fast food restaurant.
Tyler Copegog, 21, no fixed address, Midland, has been charged with failure to comply with a probation order, entering a premises when entry has been prohibited, and engaging in a prohibited activity on a premises. He was held for a bail hearing.
