A man has been charged after police came across a vehicle that left the road and entered a treed area in Penetanguishene.
On Sept. 28 at about 12:40 a.m., an officer patrolling on Overhead Bridge Road spotted the vehicle. The driver and the passenger were not injured.
Kristopher Ineson, 50, of Wasaga Beach, was charged with operation while impaired (alcohol and drugs). He has an Oct. 10 court date.
