A Midland man is accused of shoplifting alcohol twice, two days apart.
Police received reports of a man stealing alcohol from the LCBO in Midland on June 21 and 23.
Store security reported seeing the man taking liquor without paying for it, Southern Georgian Bay OPP said in a news release.
Nathan Fontaine, 31, was arrested Wednesday and has been charged with two counts of theft under $5,000 (shoplifting) and one count of failure to comply with a release order (other than to attend court). He is set to appear in court Aug. 10.
