A Midland resident is facing impaired driving charges after being pulled over by Ontario Provincial Police early Sunday
OPP say the “driving actions” of a vehicle heading north on William Street caught a patrol officer’s eye at 3:46 a.m.
Four people were in the vehicle, including two children.
Edgar Saguirre, 38, was charged criminally with operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus).
In addition, the driver’s licence was suspended for 90 days and the vehicle was impounded for a week.
The accused is scheduled to appear in court on August 8.
