Every parent’s concern is that their child is safe in their car seat or a seatbelt while riding in a vehicle on the roadways of the Province of Ontario.
During the week of Sept. 19-26, 2021, the Ministry of Transportation has provided YouTube videos for sharing with its partners in road safety. Please take a moment and view the following videos to ensure that all occupants in your vehicle are safe and secure.
In English:
• Seatbelt safety
• Child car seat safety
In French:
• Ceinture de sécurité
• Sièges d'auto pour enfants
And remember, buckle-up, it's the law.
Educating the public about safe driving practices with our community safety partners is a priority, if you see a possible impaired driver or operator please “make the call" and dial 911 and help prevent a crash.
