Georgian College is hosting a variety of activities across its seven campuses to mark the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.
Events taking place between Sept. 25 and 29 include flag raisings, the unveiling of new markers along the Debwewin miinwaa Naaskodaadiwin Miikaans/Truth and Reconciliation Trail at the Orillia campus, orange rock painting, Indigenous regalia displays, a beading workshop, movie screenings, and a lunch and learn focusing on allyship.
Georgian College students and employees are invited to take part, and some of the events are open to the public.
