Bill was born Dec. 25, 1935 in Windsor, Ont. and passed away Aug. 20, 2024 at the Georgian Bay General Hospital in Midland, Ont.
He was a caring husband to the late Carole for over 21 years. Devoted dad to the late David (the late Brenda) Brooks, Brenda Wells (Terry) (late Gord Wells) and Susan Brooks-Wild (Bill Wild). He loved and respected his grandchildren Melanie Wells and Shawn Wells and Cameron Pellow. Immense joy of his life was great grandson Carson Smiles.
Survived by his loving sister Pat (late John Henderson), many nieces, nephews and caring cousins.
He is predeceased by his parents Stanley and Ona Brooks, sister Eleanor (Dave Hudson).
As per Bill’s wishes there will be no service held and a private family interment will be held at Lakeview Cemetery in Midland. Cremation was entrusted to Nicholl’s Funeral Home, Midland, Ont.
